Wedding galleries are large — hundreds of full-resolution photos add up to many gigabytes. Instead of one enormous file that can stall or fail halfway, large galleries download as several numbered ZIP parts (part 1, part 2, and so on).
Each part is a complete, ordinary ZIP — there is nothing to reassemble or merge. Download every part, unzip each one, and together they contain all of your photos exactly once. If a part does not open or looks incomplete, just download that part again.
Downloads land wherever your browser saves files — usually your Downloads folder on a computer, or your Files app on a phone. For a multi-gigabyte gallery, a computer on Wi-Fi is the comfortable way to do it; phones work, but storage fills up fast.
Yes. The download buttons always give you the original full-resolution files your studio uploaded. The smaller versions you see while browsing are only for fast viewing — they are never what gets downloaded.
No. Each part is a normal standalone ZIP holding a portion of your photos. Unzip each one separately and you have the complete gallery — no special software or merging step required.
Your gallery includes 90 days of hosting, and you can extend it whenever you want more time. The safest plan is simple: download everything soon after delivery and keep your own backup.
