Extending gallery hosting

How couples extend — and how you get paid

Couples never create accounts, and they don’t need you in the loop. The whole flow lives in their gallery:

• Once hosting is counting down, the gallery shows a banner — “Hosted until [date] · Tap to extend.”
• Tapping it opens checkout with the duration options — 1 month up to 5 years — with prices shown up front.
• They pay by card through Stripe. Same private link, no login, nothing for you to invoice.
• The new time stacks on top of whatever they had left, so extending early never wastes a day.

The payout share

Half of every extension a couple buys is paid out to your studio through Stripe. Connect a payout account once in Settings → Payouts and the split happens automatically on every purchase — hosting stops being a bill you eat and becomes a small long-tail income line on work you already delivered.

Comping extensions from the Clients page

For a favorite couple, a referral you want to thank, or a hiccup you want to make right, extend them yourself at no charge:

• Open Studio → Clients.
• Find the couple’s row and open its menu.
• Choose Extend 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• Confirm — the dialog shows the new covered-until date before anything changes.
