Knotflix supports Google sign-in — one click on the login page, no separate password to remember. This page covers how Google connects to an existing email/password account and how to add teammates who sign in with Google.
Click Continue with Google on the login page. If your Google account uses the same email address as your existing Knotflix account, you land in the same studio — the Google identity is attached to your account automatically, nothing is duplicated, and all your projects are exactly where you left them.
Your password keeps working afterwards, so you can sign in either way. If a Google sign-in ever fails to complete, you are bounced back to the login page with a message — just use your email and password; a failed attempt changes nothing about your account.
Teams live on the Studio plan ($49/mo) — unlimited teammates, each with full access to your projects: upload, download, manage films and photos. The order matters:
Yes. Click Continue with Google using the same email address and it attaches to your existing account — studio, galleries, and settings untouched. Your password still works too, so from then on you can use either.
No. Couples never create accounts of any kind — they open a private gallery link and watch. Google sign-in is only for you and your team on the studio side.
Google does not allow sign-in inside embedded app windows, so the Mac app hands off to your default browser. Finish signing in there and the session is passed straight back to the app — a one-time step per machine.
Sign up with Google in one click — $0 today, cancel anytime before day 30.
