Every studio gets a public page at knotflix.com/your-studio — a searchable list of your published weddings that updates itself every time you publish a gallery.
The whole setup lives in Settings → Portfolio.
There is no separate picker: publish state is the portfolio. Every published, non-archived gallery that is currently available lists automatically, newest first, searchable by couple names and dates. Unpublish or archive a gallery and it drops off the page. Expired galleries drop off on their own, so visitors never land on a payment screen.
Each card shows the gallery cover, the couple’s names, and the date — and links to the couple’s actual gallery. That is deliberate: visitors see real deliveries, not a showreel. It also means a listed wedding is genuinely public, so skim your gallery list before publishing and unpublish anything you would rather keep private.
Covers come from the gallery: the card uses the cover image you set, or a frame pulled from the wedding film if you have not. We run our own portfolio this way at Red Bank Studio, and the page reads completely differently once every card has a real cover — set them.

The cover image you set on that gallery. Without one, Knotflix uses a frame from the wedding film, and a plain placeholder if there is no film to pull from. Real covers make the biggest visual difference on the whole page.
